About the project
PLAYINC4KIDS – Play INClusive Sport Environments for Children with and without Disability and their parents is a European project funded by the Erasmus+ programme. This initiative builds upon the legacy of a previous small cooperation project named PLAYINC to promote inclusive sport environments for children with and without disabilities.
The project is grounded in the belief that inclusion in sport means playing together—not creating separate paths or special categories. PLAYINC4KIDS envisions real teams, where every child takes part in the same activities, plays the same games, and shares the same experiences. Sport, as we see it, goes beyond the game itself: it begins in the locker room, continues through team bonding moments, and lives in the shared stories between players, coaches, and families.
With this approach, PLAYINC4KIDS aims to create a truly inclusive and supportive sporting environment—a space where all children, regardless of ability, feel welcomed and empowered to express their full potential.
